NHS Abdominal Sacrocolpopexy
"I fist saw Mr Matharu in July 2022 i had previously had prolapse surgery and it only lasted a few years, On seeing Mr Matharu he examined me and after a long consultation he explained in details my options in full and was very frank about the out come .We decided on a plan and i had my operation early October . Mr Matharu visited me on the morning of my opp explained again my operation and asked if i had any concerns ,He was very help full and took the time to listen to any of my concerns. After my operation he again visited me to explain what he had done and how well it had gone. I have just had my follow up with him and i am very happy now he has worked wonders on me and feel like i have my life back again. i would like to thank Mr Matharu for making my quality of life so much better ." posted on Wednesday 8th of February 2023
Surgery
"I had surgery recently under the care of Mr. Matharu. In all consultations leading up to my surgery, he was kind and considerate, answering and explaining all the questions I had. He was very professional but also was friendly and helped reassure me on the day of my surgery. Following surgery, any issues I had in the Ward, he was willing to listen and was supportive to the point that he escalated them. Nhs surgery x 2 for prolapse
"Mr Matharu is unfailingly courteous. I am exceedingly grateful for his friendly but respectful and professional manner. At no time did I feel patronised and I appreciated being given, or directed to, relevant information so that I could make an informed decision about surgery.I believe I am making a speedy recovery and therefore am most grateful for Mr Matharu's help. It was kind of him to see me the evening following surgery to explain what had been done.
I should also comment that the care I received in Good Hope Hospital was excellent."
