"I have had this this severe pain in my face and head for over 3 years my first contract with Mr Kitchen was via his secretary Nicky Lee she is so understanding on how she helped me and to be honest if it wasn't for her help I might not be here now Mr Kitchen is a really nice man straight forward and knows what he is talking about describe the pain you go through and when you come to the end of the amount of tablets you can have which don't work doctor's don't really know the answer only a specialist can help you i am so grateful to Mr Kitchen for really giving me my life back not only for me but my family for some people who read this and think its funny only the the people who suffer from will understand who ever suffering from this terrible pian please see this gentleman he is by far a life saver thank you Neil Kitchen and Nicky Lee for your help and understanding." posted on Monday 25th of July 2022

"If you want the straight story in easy to understand terms, this is your doc. He also has a heart. He has a great manner and takes the time to let you know what needs to be done and what he can and can't do - I felt like I was in good hands compared to some of the surgeons who I have been to where it just feels like a business transaction, my visit was not rushed at all. "
